Afro Samurai was a pretty badass concept right from the git-go. An anime series about a samurai brotha, hell-bent for revenge and voiced by Samuel L. Jackson and soundtracked by The RZA? Fuck and yes! His sword is the one with "Bad Motherfucker" engraved on it...
