When a group releases a follow-up to an album you were completely gay for, sometimes it's hard to assimilate. "These songs are different than those songs! What the? Do I like it? Um... yes?" You know what I mean?



Anyhoo, that's the deal for me with Fat Freddy's Drop. I was so obsessed with pretty much every song on their debut that it just sounded weird to hear them doing different songs. But I'm getting over it, because Joe Dukie still has that voice and the tunes, after the initial shock, reveal themselves to be more than worthy...
